Autumn Mumford

Admissions Representative

Autumn MumfordWe are excited to welcome Autumn Mumford to Cowley College as an Admissions Representative at Wichita. Autumn will report directly to Marcus Hicks, Director of Admissions and she can be reached at extension 5705.


As an Admissions Rep in Wichita, Autumn will be recruiting adult students and performing admissions and enrollment services to our incoming students.


Autumn received her Associates of Arts here at Cowley College where she majored in Mass Communications and Journalism. She is currently working on her Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications at WSU. Autumn most recently worked at EMPAC, who is our EAP provider, as their Communications Director/Training Coordinator.


Autumn has a boyfriend Michael who is a Navy Corpsman/Nursing Student. She has two black labs names Walker and Penny, and a cat named Astrid. When Autumn is not working, she runs a small photo business, is on a bowling league, and enjoys crafts, Netflix, and spending time with her family.


When asked what excites Autumn most about working at Cowley she “is excited to be back at her alma mater and returning to the place where she feels most at home.”


One of Autumn’s favorite quotes is “To want to be somebody else is a waste of the person you already are.”

Brad Louderback

Assistant Tennis Coach/Dorm Manager

Brad LouderbackWe are excited to welcome back Brad Louderback to Cowley College. Brad has returned to Cowley College as our Assistant Tennis Coach/Dorm Manager and will report to both Charity Andrews, Head Tennis Coach and Landon West, Director of Housing. Brad’s office is located in W.S. Scott Auditorium and he can be reached at extension 5293.


As an Assistant Tennis Coach and Dorm Manager at Kirke Dale Dormitory, Brad will help coach the Tennis team and will provide support and assistance to the students in the dorm.


Brad is a graduate of Oklahoma State where he earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management. Brad comes to us from Wichita State University where he worked most recently as the Head Men’s Tennis Coach. While there, he led the tennis team in MVC Championship and was recognized as the MVC Coach of the Year.


Brad has two grown children. His daughter Erin and son Luke. He has two grandchildren (Erin and her husband Clayton’s) named Ainslee (7) and Eion (3). When Brad’s not at work, he enjoys studying the history of our great country and studying the Bible.


When asked what excites Brad most about working at Cowley College his response was “working with people.”


One of Brad’s favorites mottos is “Greatness is realized through the discipline of taking care of details.”

Tyler Henderson

3rd Shift Custodian

Tyler HendersonWe are excited to welcome Tyler Henderson into the Cowley family as our 3rd shift Custodian. Tyler reports directly to Jack McVey, Custodial Supervisor. Tyler is over at the Shipping and Receiving building.

Tyler will join the team of custodians who clean and mintain the buildings on campus. Our custodians take such great pride in what they do and we are all so proud of how beautiful they keep our buildings and grounds.

Tyler went to Central Bible College in Springfield, MO where he studied Youth Ministries. Most recently, Tyler worked at Sodexo/Southwestern College where he cleaned and performed minor maintenance in their buildings.

Tyler is married and they are blessed with 5 girls and one cat. When not working, he loves spending time with his family and basketball which he coaches on the side.

When asked what excites Tyler most about working at Cowley College is having this as a new adventure in his life and the people he will meet.

Sam Robinson

Registrar's Secretary

Sam RobinsonWe are excited to welcome Sam Robinson as our new Registrar's Secretary. Sam reports to Devin Graves, Registrar and is located in Galle-Johnson Hall. If you need to reach her, she is at extension 5241.

As a Registrar's Secretary, Sam will help maitain accurate student records and assist those students requesting information from the Registrar's Office.

Before coming to Cowley College, Sam worked as a 911 dispatcher for Cowley County for almost (2) two years. It was a fantastic experience that gave her a huge respect for the public safety community.

Sam has a fur-baby named Albie who is an adorable pug mix.

When Sam's not at work, she enjoys reading and writing.

When asked what excites her most about working at Cowley College she said she "is excited to have the opportunity to work with such a great group of people and to help students in whatever way I can."

Steve Hart

Freight and Supplies Specialist
Cowley College - Arkansas City main campus


Steve HartWe are excited to welcome Steve Hart as our new Freight and Supplies Specialist. Steve reports directly to Todd Ray, Maintenance and Grounds Supervisor. Steve is located in the Shipping & Receiving Building and can be reached at extension 5299.

Some of the duties Steve will be performing include receiving an organizing mail, mail/package distribution, and creating PO's.

Steve is a graduate of Northern Oklahoma College where he received his Associate of Science degree. Prior to coming to Cowley College, he was a Logistics Manager at Centerline for 17 years.

Steve is single, with no kids or pets. During his free time, Steve enjoys hunting deer, hogs, waterfowl and doves and likes attending stock car races.

When asked what excites Steve most about working at Cowley College is "working with and around all the great people I have met."

One of Steve's favorite mottos that he lives by is "have pride in everything you do."
