Thrive Committee puts together a Scavenger Hunt

The Cowley College Thrive Committee hosted a successful Scavenger Hunt on the main campus in Arkansas City on Thursday. 

Teams of two to three individuals competed in the hunt. Everyone who participated gained an entry to the End of the Year Cowley Mile Awards, while the winners were awarded a prize.

The Thrive Committee is all about comradery, taking a break from work, mental health, physical health, and much more.

“Things that promote happiness are taking breaks, meaningful relationships, exercise, nutritious and some non-nutritious food, rewards and gifts, good sleep, etc,” Wellness Center Manager Rikki Hettenbach said. “This is what our Thrive Committee team is trying to do for everyone.”
