Notice of Non-Discrimination
Cowley County Community College and Area Vocational-Technical School is dedicated

Title IX Compliance
Students, their parents and employees of Cowley are hereby notified that the college
does not discriminate on the basis of sex and is required by Title IX of the Education
Amendments of 1972 not to discriminate on the basis of sex in its educational activities
and employment practices. Any person having inquiries concerning Cowley's compliance
with Title IX is directed to contact the Executive Director for Student Affairs, Cowley
College,
125 S. Second St., Arkansas City, KS 67005, who has been designated by the college
to coordinate the institution's efforts to comply with Title IX.
FERPA
Cowley County Community College and Area Vocational-Technical School complies with
the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), which prohibits the release
of education records without student permission.
