F-1 Student Travel Requests

This form is required for a travel signature on your I-20. Submit at least two weeks prior to travel.

*Exercise caution when traveling abroad. There have been reports of probable travel bans for international students and scholars. Even if you are from a country not referenced in the article, you must remember that every time you travel you are putting yourself before a federal immigration officer upon reentry to the U.S. If there is anything in your personal history that could be problematic (a history of arrests in the U.S., a terminated SEVIS record, evidence of unauthorized employment or other concerns) you could be pulled into secondary inspection and have to explain your actions.
