Jim Ailey was Honored with the Tiger Heart Award for Exemplary Service and Dedication

Cowley College is excited to announce Jim Ailey as the newest recipient of the prestigious Tiger Heart Award. This honor recognizes outstanding individuals who embody the values of dedication, generosity, and commitment to excellence.

In a heartfelt ceremony, Matt Stone, the previous recipient of the Tiger Heart Award, presented the accolade to Ailey, describing him as a shining example of what it means to go above and beyond.

“Jim’s impact on this institution and everyone he encounters is truly remarkable,” said Stone. “He doesn’t just complete tasks; he inspires collaboration, trust, and encouragement in everything he does. Jim’s unwavering dedication to helping others and his ability to bring positivity to any situation inspire us all. It was an honor to pass this award to someone so deserving.”

Ailey expressed his gratitude upon receiving the award, stating, “It is a true privilege to receive the Tiger Heart Award. I am thankful to get to work with so many amazing people. I am proud to be a part of the Cowley College family! Thank you!”
