Cowley College Singers share the love on Valentine’s Day

Making it a memorable Valentine’s Day for numerous individuals in Arkansas City and Winfield, the Cowley College singers performed singing Valen-grams throughout the county on Tuesday while raising money to help with future performances.

Seventeen individuals, including large groups at Jefferson Elementary in Arkansas City, ordered Singing Valen-grams, which consisted of the Cowley College Singers delivering one or more songs and one or more roses to a lucky recipient.

The Cowley College Singers, under the direction of vocal music director Lindsay Allen, is a highly visible and entertaining performance ensemble.

Song selections included, Let Me Call You Sweetheart; I Love You Truly; Hooked on a Feeling; Valentine; Grow Old With You; For the Longest Time; and Sincerely.
