Topping-out Ceremony for the new Career and Technical Education Center held

Cowley College employees had an opportunity to take part in a topping-out ceremony at the new Career and Technical Education Center being constructed at 513 W. Washington Avenue.

Cowley employees and the project team had a chance to sign the final structural beam before it was raised into place, completing the building’s frame and leaving its mark on the facility. 

Members of Agora Architecture and Conco Construction were on hand for the event. The CTE building is expected to be completed in the Fall of 2024.
