9th Annual Dodgeballalah Event Donations made to Local Charities

[Arkansas City, KS] - Cowley College’s Dodgeballalah committee recently made donations to two local groups as part of both Champion teams’ selection during the recent event held on October 27, 2023, as part of the Arkalalah Fall festivities. The donations were made possible by premier sponsors of the event, Creekstone Farms and Ark Valley Distributing Inc.

The Humane Society of Cowley County and the Rhett Lathers Memorial Fund were each recipients of the $125.00 winning prize.

Champion Squads:

1. Cowley Wrestling — Advanced bracket.
2. Team Vector — Novice bracket.

Individual Accolades:

1. Arty Hicks - Best Dressed, Team: Human Targets
2. Brett Ross - Golden Wrench, Team: Cowley Has-Beens

"We saw a significant increase in team registration this year by creating an Advanced and Novice bracket so we plan to continue that in years to come.”
