Cowley College 2022-2025 Strategic Plan

Strategic planning at Cowley College is a four year cycle beginning with a year of reflection that includes environmental scanning, SWOT analysis, stakeholder surveying, strategic issue identification, and concludes with strategic priority and SMART goal creation.

The College’s mission, the foundation for strategic planning, is defined by Policy 101.00 Mission and Related Statements with procedures for change outlined in Administrative Policy (AP) 101 - Mission and Related Statements.

Reaffirmation of the Colleg e's mission was held by the Board of Trustees during its regular, public meeting in the September 2021.
