Enter Galle-Johnson Hall by the front entrance on 2nd Street near the tiger statue and proceed down the main hallway to the door with the Student Affairs sign above it (third door on the left). The Advising & Retention Coordinator's office is the second door in that office area.
Julianna Smarsh has worked at Cowley College since 2017 and currently serves as the Advising & Retention Coordinator. She holds a Master of Science in Education with an emphasis in Higher Education Student Affairs from Fort Hays State University. In her role, she works with academic advisors to support effective advising practices and supports college‑wide student success efforts, including academic planning, transfer guidance, retention initiatives, and connecting students with resources and support.
