Jonathan Fleig

Jonathan is a proud graduate of Cowley County Community College where he earned his Associate of Arts before attending Emporia State University where he holds both a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Arts in History Education.

Upon completion of his degree in 2018, he began his teaching career as a Jr. Blue at Washburn Rural High where he spent five years as the sole provider of Social Science for the B3 Alternative Education Program while earning his Master’s in 2020.

In 2023, Jonathan accepted a full-time faculty position with his Alma Mater Cowley College where he teaches in-person history and government classes both on the main Arkansas City campus and in Mulvane, as well as online courses. It’s a good day to be a Cowley Tiger!
