Campus Community Rooms
There are several facilities on campus that community organizations can reserved for
non-college sponsored activities. To provide efficient and effective utilization,
Administrative Affairs Policy 142.00 provides a priority of use guideline. Below are
the rooms available to reserve.
The Wright Room
The Presidents Dining Room
The Sumner Campus Community Room

ACCESS TO COLLEGE FACILITIES
Priorities for use of College facilities will be as follows:
- Educational or activity programs of the College.
- Community service programs of the College.
- Activities sponsored by non-profit community groups within the College district.
- Activities sponsored by outside non-profit groups not affiliated with the College or community.
- Meetings of public for profit groups.
Exceptions to the above policy must be approved by the Vice President of Finance and Administration and the President.
