Cowley College CC Singers Host Annual Taco and Salsa Fundraiser

The Cowley College CC Singers are excited to announce their annual Taco and Salsa Fundraiser, helping to raise funds for their upcoming performance and workshop travels. Most recently, the group attended the University of Northern Colorado Jazz Festival in Greeley, where they worked with professional jazz musicians, attended workshops, and performed for adjudicators. The CC Singers travel to this prestigious event every other year, allowing time to raise the necessary funds for this valuable learning experience.

After a highly successful debut last year, the Taco and Salsa Fundraiser is back by popular demand! Orders are now being accepted for delicious homemade tacos and salsa, prepared by CC Singers Director, Lindsay Allen, and Lindsay’s mother, Jacque Ramirez (a former Cowley College employee known for her incredible salsa-making skills).

Fundraiser Details:

• Tacos: $25 for 1 dozen flour tacos with seasoned hamburger meat
• Salsa: 8 oz of homemade salsa for $5

Tacos can be fried at home, eaten as soft tacos with your favorite toppings, or frozen for later enjoyment.

Pre-Order Deadline: March 28, 2025
Order Pickup: “Taco Tuesday,” April 1, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the Brown Center Wright Room.
