Uncover knowledge of how the world works the way it does
Our Physics pathway prepares students to transfer to a four-year school to continue their studies. Physics combines the theoretical principles of math and philosophy with practical applications of engineering and instrumentation. The foundational courses at Cowley College are transferable to other state colleges and universities.

THEORIZE. EXPERIMENT. SOLVE.

At Cowley College, we have a Physics program that prepares students for transfer to a four-year university to complete their bachelor's degree. Our program focuses on building a strong foundation in fundamental physics principles and developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Upon completion of a degree in physics from Cowley, students earn an associate of science degree. These programs are designed as transfer programs because most jobs related to these areas require at least a bachelor's degree.

The associate of science degree in physics will enable students to transfer to the four-year school of their choice to continue their education. The basic courses taken while at Cowley will transfer to most state colleges and universities, as well as to most other schools throughout the nation.
