SAFETY. INDUSTRY. CARE.

The Construction Technology program at Cowley College offers a comprehensive curriculum that prepares students for success in the carpentry and construction trades industry. We provide detailed instruction in both commercial and residential building practices.

Students in this program will be introduced to skills and knowledge in safety protocols, handling and care of the tools of the trade, and the basics of electricity, plumbing, HVAC, site layout, concrete, masonry and equipment used in the industry. Students can complete Technical Certificates along the pathway to earning an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) Degree.

Program participants will learn about safety protocols, handling tools of the trade, the basics of electricity, plumbing, HVAC, site layout, concrete, masonry, and equipment maintenance. You will also gain practical skills and industry experience through hands-on projects.

Students interested in a career in carpentry, construction, or a related field should enroll in this program. Scholarships and financial aid are available to support your educational goals.
